2. Data we process
- Newsletter: the email address you provide voluntarily.
- Purchases: name, email, phone number, shipping address, postal code, products, variants and order amounts.
- Cart: selected items are stored locally in your browser.
- Payments: Stripe processes payment data. Miracle does not receive or store full card details.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Newsletter data is processed on the basis of consent. Purchase data is processed to perform the contract, deliver orders, handle returns and meet legal obligations.
4. Retention
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Order and billing data is retained for the periods required by applicable law.
5. Providers and transfers
Brevo manages the newsletter, Stripe processes payments, and hosting, email and delivery providers may process data when necessary. We do not sell personal data.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@miraclebgo.com. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
7. Cookies and local storage
We do not currently use advertising cookies or our own analytics tools. The cart uses strictly functional local storage.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when the website, its services or applicable law changes.
