3. Products, prices and orders
Product features, variants, availability and prices are shown before purchase. Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes. Shipping is shown before payment.
4. Payment
Payment is processed through Stripe's secure hosted Checkout. Miracle does not receive or store full card details.
5. Shipping and delivery
- Mainland Spain: €4.90.
- Balearic Islands: €7.90.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: currently unavailable.
- Miracle caps: estimated pre-order delivery of 4 weeks.
- Miracle x Nicaso shirt: estimated pre-order delivery of 3–5 weeks.
6. Withdrawal and returns
You may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt. Contact info@miraclebgo.com. Products must be unused and returned with their original elements.
7. Defective products and warranty
If a product arrives damaged, incorrect or non-conforming, contact us with your order number and photographs. The applicable statutory warranty applies.
8. Availability and cancellations
Stock is revalidated before payment. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will notify you and issue the corresponding refund without delay.
9. Responsible use and intellectual property
The website may not be used unlawfully or in a way that disrupts its operation. Content and trademarks belong to Miracle or are used with permission.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
